Principal Li brings over 30 years of extensive experience in early childhood educationand leadership to her role. As principal of Victoria Educational Organisation and Victoria Playpark, she has played a key role in shaping curriculum development and staff trainingwith expertise and vision.

Dedicated to integrating the International Baccalaureate (IB) principles into early childhood programmes. Ms. Li promotes an inquiry driven, play-based learning environment. Her approach encourages young learners to explore the world through meaningful interactions with people, nature and everyday objects, nurturing confidence, curiosity and cognitive growth.

Ms. Li has enthusiastically engaged in overseas seminars and lectures on early childhood education, and has furthered her professional training at Harvard University participated in programmes such as “New and Aspiring School Leaders” and the “Project Zero Classroom”. Her passion for early childhood education is reflected in her commitment to a child-centered approach that supports holistic development.
