“PlayTime with D Mind & the Prince” is operated by D Mind Education.  If you book this activity for your child, whether through Victoria Playpark platform or not, you will enter into a contract with D Mind Education.  As Victoria Playpark is not a party to the contract and has no control over D Mind Education, you acknowledge that Victoria Playpark

(a) shall not be responsible for any representations or warranties made by D Mind Education and its agents, employees and representatives;

(b) does not endorse nor approve any content, advertising, products, information or other materials relating to Playtime with D Mind & the Prince and D Mind Education; and

(c) will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by, arising out of or in connection with D Mind Education and/or Playtime with D Mind & the Prince.”
